YWAM Jacksonville exists for the purpose of forming, equipping, sending, and supporting church plant teams to the unreached people groups of the 10/40 Window.

Some ways of accomplishing this are:

1. Forming
   -Educating and challenging the church in Jacksonville and the surrounding areas about missions and exposing them to missions through short-term outreaches.


2. Equipping
   -Training teams through our schools and sending them on outreaches for a quality missions experience.
   -Assisting teams in raising financial support and learning skills necessary to minister in their field of interest.


3. Sending
   -Assisting with the logistics involved in moving church plant teams to the field location.
   -Continually encouraging and challenging teams to go overseas.


4. Supporting
   -Providing office space, equipment, and resources for the home team members.
   -Constantly praying for and visiting teams on the field.
